Our Story

Meet CUBIE, the future of waste removal.

We are a passionate group of people who are constantly looking at ways to improve waste collection in Australia. In fact, CUBIE was developed from the idea that “there must be a better way”.

Drawing inspiration from around the world and learning from local participants (the good and the bad), we created a modern service that is innovative and reliable. CUBIE is now used by home renovators, tradies, construction companies and businesses who love the convenience and flexibility of our on-demand service.

When you request collection, we co-ordinate pickup with one of our partner drivers. Our network services suburbs of Sydney and Brisbane.

As a key participant in the waste management industry, we understand our responsibility to help create a circular economy. You can help us by pre-sorting your waste where possible (which will also save you money).

Help us turn data into actionable insights that improve our operations and customer experience. From optimising collection routes to forecasting demand trends, you’ll work on projects that drive efficiency and innovation using advanced analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling.

Design & CX

Shape how our customers engage with CUBIE. As part of our design and CX team, you’ll create intuitive, user-centered digital and physical experiences. Whether it’s refining our app interface or ensuring seamless bag delivery and collection, your work will leave a lasting impact.

Sustainability & Circular Economy

Join our efforts to reduce waste and create a more sustainable future. This team focuses on improving the environmental impact of our operations, exploring ways to recycle materials, and promoting a circular economy where resources are reused and repurposed efficiently.

API Design & Development

Drive the technical backbone of CUBIE by building robust, scalable APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop the infrastructure that powers our digital services, ensuring seamless integration with third-party platforms and enabling innovation at scale.
